Editorial Note: Inaugural Combined Issue (Vol. 1, No. 1/2)
We inform our readers, authors, reviewers, and indexing agencies that, to mark the launching year of the journal, the issues corresponding to Volume 1 have been consolidated into a single inaugural combined issue (Vol. 1, No. 1/2).
This measure aimed to structure the journal's initial editorial processes, establish rigorous peer-review workflows, and ensure the proper preservation and indexing of scientific metadata in databases. All articles submitted and accepted during this foundational period have been duly included in this publication.
