Theological dimension in the work of Paulo Freire
Keywords:
theology, ethics, education, freedom, cultureAbstract
This work aims to reflect how much theological is present in Paulo Freire's work. For this purpose, I used three of Paulo Freire's main works: Pedagogy of Hope, Pedagogy of the Oppressed, Pedagogy of Autonomy. We also observed that, while reading these three books, four areas of study (Ethics, Education, Freedom, Culture) were evidently explicit, which guided the organization of this work. We tried to examine every theological exposition in these books.
