The explosion of technology in the last decades has determined an advance in the way of teaching and learning, reverberating in the school and becoming inherent to it, mainly through the dissemination of knowledge and tools available for reading texts and worlds. In this perspective, this article aims to analyze the concepts, theories, procedures. and discussions that underlie this very complex universe where the cognitive, the social, and the technological work together and operate in the construction of a teaching/learning process via socio-cognitive reading, as a strategy for the construction of meanings, leading to an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary knowledge in the school space and in life.
