This article is the result of a study conducted at the São Francisco Cultural Center to analyze the importance of professionals in Religious Studies within the sociocultural environment of popular art exhibitions. The work was developed as an activity for undergraduate students in Religious Studies at the Federal University of Paraíba, in João Pessoa - PB. The general objective of the research was to analyze the contribution of Religious Studies students to the exhibition project focused on the theme Sacred and the Expression of Popular Faith, the Ex-Voto.
