Publication Fee

The IVY ENBER SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL clarifies that there is no fee for the initial submission of articles. However, after approval, a publication fee of R$ 249.00 (two hundred and forty-nine reais) applies to students of the Ivy Enber Christian University, and R$ 299.00 (two hundred and ninety-nine reais) for other authors.

The publication fee is calculated based on several factors, including fixed monthly costs, variable expenses, and investments necessary for the journal's operation (server hosting, DOI registration, professional maintenance, etc.).

After the article is approved, our team will contact the authors via email or WhatsApp so they may proceed with the payment. Therefore, we emphasize the importance of keeping your registration information updated on the journal platform.

Refund Policy

In accordance with the editorial policy of the IVY ENBER SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL, we inform you that the publication fee is non-refundable. This condition applies even in extraordinary situations, such as the possible discontinuation of the journal in indexing databases, considering the resources already allocated to the review and editing process of the submitted articles.
